At Best Era, we understand the intricacies of law firm operations because we’ve lived them. Our story begins at Connecticut Trial Firm LLC, where we built a reputation for excellence and achieved extraordinary results, including a landmark $100 Million verdict. This milestone wasn’t just a victory for our clients, but also a testament to our carefully cultivated team and culture.
Our co-founder, Ryan McKeen, has served as a personal injury lawyer for nearly two decades, navigating complex legal landscapes and building trusted relationships. His experience has shaped our commitment to equipping law firms with the tools and strategies they need to thrive.
As Ryan grew his firm, he recognized the pivotal role of client happiness in creating a successful law firm. He originally brought on Brittany Green, former Marketing Director of Connecticut Trial Firm, as his Client Happiness Director to lead the charge in creating a team centered around the idea of unreasonable hospitality.
Along with former COO of Connecticut Trial Firm, Allison McKeen, the team now behind Best Era transformed a law firm into a team of experience makers for their clients.
