Zosia Whigham
Director of CommunityZosia Whigham is Best Era’s Director of Community.
She leads the Best Era community, a Slack network of more than 400 lawyers and legal professionals who share what works in building a law firm. Zosia runs the rhythm that keeps it useful: AMAs, office hours, book clubs, and a warm welcome for every new member. She also helps lead Best Era’s events, including AI Era.
Before Best Era, Zosia spent years on the community team at Lawyerist, where she helped build its coaching community from the ground up.
Zosia works from a simple idea: unreasonable hospitality. Every member should feel known. Every conversation should leave them with something they can use on Monday morning.
Outside of work, Zosia runs a non-profit music lesson studio with her husband, Chris. She reads 200 books a year, tinkers on her bird and squirrel village in the backyard, and searches for all things weird and novel.
Zosia is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
