Allison is a lawyer and former Chief Operating Officer at Connecticut Trial Firm — a three-time Inc. 5000 firm, member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and two-time Hartford Business Journal “Best Places to Work” honoree. She led the firm’s operations during its growth from a small practice to a nationally recognized trial firm, building the internal culture, systems, and client service standards that made that trajectory possible.
Today, through Best Era, Allison works with law firms across the country to implement operational systems, develop leadership pipelines, and create structures that support both business goals and personal well-being. Her consulting is grounded in years of real-world experience inside a fast-paced, high-growth law firm — not theory.
